Show Lamar N. Lamb — Lamar N. Lamb, 66, returned to be with his parents on July 31, 2012 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He was born April 6, 1947 to James E. Lamb and Eliza L. Jones Lamb Hill, survived by his step-father, James O. Hill. Lamar was a graduate from Ben Lomond High School and Weber State University. Lamar retired from the State of Utah, Department of Corrections, division of field operations, after 21 years service with many, many honorary awards. He then moved to Heflin, Louisiana where he enjoyed his pond, grooming his property, working puzzles, and most of all caring for his family and friends. He leaves to cherish his precious memory a daughter, Ingrid S. Hill Joshua “Tokie”; four grandchildren, Kevan Norris, Keith Joshua, Aaliyah Joshua and - Stephen Joshua, Jr.; great-grandson, newborn Zane ~ Michael Norris all of Edmond, Oklahoma ; 3 nieces, Kasey S. Lamb Brooks, Mone’t Lamb and Alicia Johnson all of California; sister, Darla Kay Burrell (Reginald); nephews, Travis, Tyrone, Terrance and Tyson; brother, Preston Cordale Lamb (Stefane); nephews, Preston, Cameron, Zack, Blake, Alex and Jaron; and many, many relatives and loved ones. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Keith Roland lamb. Dad we love you and you will be dearly missed. |
