She health of her in her Heavenly and humor challenges life on Father her without complaint, terms, remaining to provide the strength Mrs. Gladys was born on February 22, 1925 in Cameron, Texas to Walter Redd (1905-1933) and Gladys Lorena Lowe Redd (19071962). Mrs. Gladys married Willie D. Hesleph (1925-2000) on October 21, 1945 in Salt Lake City, Utah following his discharge from the Army. Together they raised 6 children. When her children finished high school, Mrs. Gladys enrolled in the University of Utah and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work in 1968, and a Master’s Degree in 1976. She then worked as a counselor at the Copper Hills School in the Granite School District until she retired. Mr. and Mrs. Willie D Hesleph were both devoted, active members of the Calvary Baptist Church. He served as a Deacon, Trustee, Sunday School teacher, and member of the Men’s Choir. She served for 68 years as a Deaconess, Sunday School teacher, and musician for the Calvary Choirs. When she retired from the school district, she volunteered on the Pastor's Office Staff, and as a counselor for the Calvary Listening Ear ministry. Mrs. Gladys lived her life believing in God as the creator and author of the universe. She as our goodly heritage. leaves us a legacy of love and service Her extended family includes: e 6 children: Wayne (Merilyn), Sarah, Walter (Donna), Jackie (Stephanie), Kevin (June), and Brian e 12 grandchildren: Kenyatta Rowlette (Angela), Nefertitti Kowlette, Jaison Hesleph, Ashley Sandoval (Anthony), Kenyatta Kennedy, Saxton Hesleph, Mkelty Hesleph, Koty Duarte-Hesleph (Michelle), Amber Hesleph, Morgan Hesleph, Rashad Albert, and Angel Hesleph. e 3 great-grandchildren: Tatiana Rowlette, Antar Rowlette, Tyler Rowlette e | great-great grandson: Caiden Hunter e | goddaughter: Jacquenita Kobertson
