Wahlen Veterans Home. a, He. married coe. - was born October 24, 1932, in Helena, Georgia to Willie ‘Moses and Ethel Clark Rease. Del- pee He LP Ff phine Wiley on July 17, 1956. On October 24, 1996, Levi married Patricia’ Zimmer. Levi served during the Korean. War in the U.S. Air Force and retired after his enlistment with — the U.S.A.F. Security Police De- - partment. He continued to work | at Hill Air Force Base until 2007. He was a founding member ‘of True Vine Baptist Church where he sang. with the Gospelaires Quartet and served as a trustee. Levi was a joint recilacial owner in Layton. and an agricul- ture surveyor in St. George. - He enjoyed building things with his tools, gardening, and— hanging out in his garage. In ad- dition, he was a vivid story teller | and loved good conversation. Levi-is survived by his wife, Pat; two sons, Weldon (Merrilee) Rease, Layton; Richardo Rease, McKinney, TX; a daughter, Carla Rease (Joe, Sr.) Swain, McKinney, TX; two sitep-sons, Joel Zimmer, Clinton: Jon (Cher) Zim- -mer, Clinton; a step-daughter, Andrea. Zimmer, Clinton; two grandsons, Joe Swain, Il, Irving, TX; Brandon Rease, Layton: two granddaughters, Holly (Anthony) Mendez, McKinney, TX; Jasmine Scott, “Clearfield: two greatgrandchildren, and a host of step-grandchildren and _ stepgreat-grandchildren. Also survivingis a brother, Edward Rease, Atlanta, GA; and two _ sisters, Corene Cole, Pensacola, Fl; and Amanda G. (Joe) Irving, Brooklyn NY ao He was preceded in death by | his parents, three brothers, six sisters, and a grandson, Joshua _ Rease. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 5th at 2 p.m. at -Lindquist's Layton Mortuary, 1867 North Fairfield Road. The family will meet with friends on Monday from 12 noon |
