Show Vierle Corrine Crowe Holston May 15, 1929 ~ August 16, 2075 A beautiful, loving wife, a woman of grace, spirituality and professional accomplishment, was suddenly called to her Heavenly Home on August 16, 2015. She was born May 15, 1929 in Waldo, Arkansas to Morgan and Dalezina Jones Crowe. She graduated from West Side ae sought her professional certification through her education to become a certified dietician. She met Linnard Holston at the Wall. Avenue Commu- nity Center. She worked as a certified dietician at Ogden Regional and St. Benedicts Center for many a Medical years and e retired in 2012. Green Ge C8: TOM CRs a Reg hs au ae aaa an 014 weit ia at Merle was a faithful and devoted member and contributor to New Zion Baptist Church; where she sang in the Choir and was a member of the New Zion Willing Workers Club. Merle is survived by her husband, Linnard; sister, Josephine Ballen of Virginia; two grandchildren, Jonathan and ™. Jawana Holston; two great-children; and a host of friends and _ spiritual sister, Thelma Green. She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Linn Erving Holston and many friends. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at New Zion Baptist Church, 2935 Lincoln. A Visitation wil! take place on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. and at the church prior to the service from 12 to 1 p.m. Interment, Evergreen Memorial Park, 100 Monroe Blvd. Condolences may be sent to the family at; www.myers-mortuary.com |
