Show Betty Stewart Moore — > - April 11, 1922~ November 19, 2013 ae Our beloved matriarch, Betty ‘Stewart Moore, passed away peacefully on November 19 2013 at her home in Sunset, Utah surrounded by her loved ones. Born to Scott W. and Gertrude A. Stewart on April 11, 1922, Mrs. Moore was the mother of Philip _ Moore (deceased) and Carol Moore Scott, ‘Sister to Scott Stewart -and = Everett Huggins (both, ha i ees deceased) and wife of 65 years to| Willie F. Moore, a_ prominent leader in the community and renowned barber in the Historic 25th Street district in Ogden. Mrs. Moore was _ _ well recognized in the greater Ogden area for her tireless dedication to leadership and. service in the - . community. She was also a classically trained pianist and published author. Mrs. Moore is survived by her eight grandchildren: Kevin, Maria, Cara, Angelo, Brandon. Kourtney, Jourdon, and Keisha, as well as atlantis instructor in race relations. After | |
