Edward was born August 20, 1938 in Memphis, TN to 4 we a DeWitt Taylor and Ida Mae Drake. | ~ He attended Ogden City schools, Weber State University., | and the Univiversity of Colorado at Services National Veter| | ans Training Institute. He served his country in the U.S. 7 Ae Ed married Joyce A. ~ Chess in 1957; later divorced. ~ He married Carol Sue Rose in ae 1974. - _ He sang professionally with his group, The Chaper- ones, with his dear friends, - Dick Barlin, Joe Weakely, - Dave Tucker and Fred te Brown. @ Ed was a founding mem— ’ ber of New Zion Baptist Church where he was very active in the Sunday School Ministry, Trustee Board, Male Choir, Mass Choir and participated — Pee ele!
