She was surround ed by her loving family and friends. Rosie Lee Kelly-Tillman was born on October 25, 1946, in Brookhaven, Mississippi, to A.J. Kelly and Mattie Mae Hall. Rosi e dedicated her life to Christ at an early age. Harris and Shea Tillman; one sister, Lovey (Vernon) Hairston of West! Haven; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
