The diaries also include newspaper and magazine clippings, memorabilia and pins. |

Show Wednesday, May 31. Mrs D.R. Wheelwright called. Just another day of quite routine work. Dr not very buisy. Thursday, June 1. Attended D.U.P. Committe meeting spent rest of day iorning & house work. Had a note from Lucile saying she was sending me a subscription to a health magazine. Also that Douglas her son is at the U of U. He has not visited us & I did not now he was there. Friday, June 2. Mrs Amelia Flygare & Ida Treeseder came over on D.U.P. Buisness. We are a Committe on Pioneer Hall & are having some repairs made. Wrote to Avon. Done cleaning 8 keep very buisy do all my house work and quite a lot on side. Avon and family are well and feel quite encouraged over their ranch prospects. Carol will take part in a dance review soon. Avon has been active in P.T.A. & church work the past year. Expects to come home this summer. Saturday, June 3. I have spent most all day cleaning thro the home. Dr Royal Rendricks Drs nephew and his wife Lottie came from the East via plane to visite our family a day or two Jr & Blanch entertained for them at Valley House Huntsville. A nice fish & chicken dinner. Royal & Cleone, Myrene, Dr & I Joe went up South Fork fishing. We all went to Jrs and saw the pictures Jr had & some Dr took of Central America. |
