U Boat Attacks Another BELFAST, Sept. 15 The 5200 ton freighter Fanad Head, owned by the Ulster Steamship company of Belfast, has been attacked by a submarine, the company reported Friday. The vessel was bound from Montreal to Belfast. Pan Joint Naval Patrol BUENOS AIRES, Sept. 15 Foreign Minister Jose Maria Cantilo Friday night said that Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay are considering establishment of a joint naval patrol for the South American Atlantic coast. ROME, Sept. 15 The Rumanian legation announced Friday night that all Rumanians of military age living in Italy had been ordered to return to Rumania, excepting only certain students, government representatives of various kinds and a few others. Prisoners Farmed Out GERMAN PRISON CAMP, GROSSBORN, Pomerania, Sept. 15 The German army is transporting thousands of Polish prisoners of war into the interior and loaning them out to farmers who must pay them 60 per cent of the prevailing German wage scale. Subs Sink Another LIVERPOOL, Sept. 15 The crew of 12 of the British fishing trawler Davara Friday night disclosed the craft had been sunk off the English coast. They arrived here on the steamer Willerpool, which had picked them up in the Irish sea. Cheer Lost Army PARIS, Sept. 15 The Warsaw radio announced late Friday that the lost army of the Polish corridor, which broke the jaws of a German trap north of Lodz, had entered Warsaw amid frantic acclamations to help defend the city.
