Empire Offers Britain Loyal Support LONDON, Sept. 9 Britains far flung empire responded to the call to arms this week. Advises indicated support for the war against Germany from South Africa, New Zealand and from eighty nine Indian princes. The king, through the colonial secretary, expressed appreciation for colonial messages of loyalty. Empire war news included: Emir Abdullah of Transjordan pledged support. The governor of Bermuda said the assembly had unanimously supported every measure to further the war against Germany. The governor of North Borneo said the population assures full support. In African colonies all enemy aliens were rounded up without incident. The governor of New Zealand appealed for single men between 21 and 35 to join a special military force.
