Show RITES MONDAY FOR PIONEER FINANCIER LAYTON, Oct. 21 Services for E. P. Ellison, pioneer financier of Utah, will be conducted Monday at two p. m. in the Layton L. D. S. chapel. Friends may call at the family residence in Layton Sunday and also Monday until hour of services. Interment will be in Kaysville Layton cemetery, directed by Lindquist and Sons. David O. MOSCOW, Oct. 25 A spokesman for the foreign office said today that inquiries were being urgently pressed into the situation of the American vessel City of Flint, which arrived in a Russian Arctic port under command of a German prize crew. United States Ambassador Laurence A. Steinhardt said he had no new information on the fate of the vessels crew of 42 or its cargo, but added that some delay was expected in view of the remoteness of Murmansk, where the seized ship was taken.
