Show Areas of improvement: Have more people help with the tickets right up front. There was a very long line. We processed it as fast as possible, but maybe we could do something different next year. The big rush was mostly people who wanted game tickets. Some bought raffle tickets at the same time, but most came back for raffle and food tickets after their kids were playing. It went faster by not selling food tickets and the package deal. We had a problem with tables for the games. I believe we had 11 in the game tents at one point, but they walked off. By the time I arrived at 10:00 we only have four tables left for the five games. I managed to round up three more, but it made it difficult to run the games. Maybe we need to mark the tables or stack all of them in one tent with a reserved sign on them. 82 |
