Mayor Butler requested that I email you to confirm your visit on Friday, June 27, 2012, at Marriott-Slatervile City regarding the proposed contract between the city and the county for law enforcement services. As per your conversation, Mayor Butler requests that I inform you that the city administration accepts your proposal for the new law enforcement contract in the amount of $206,593. It is also understood that the city's portion of state alcohol funds, that the city has directed to you, will be discounted from this amount. As soon as the interlocal agreement is prepared for Marriott-Slaterville City for this matter, please forward it to me for review. After my review I will submit such to the City Council with the Mayor's recommendation to approve the interlocal agreement. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Sincerely, Bill Morris, City Adminstrator Marriott-Slaterville City 92 10/2/2012 |
