Show 100 Millions Daily on War Fighting May Cost Nazis 12 Billion For Fiscla Year. Friday, Nov. 17. A letter from Avon saying she had worked very hard to defeat the Ham & Egg bill in Cal. t did not go over so she felt paid for her trouble. The bill was for every person in Cal. of over fifty years old to receive 30.00 a week from the State. It was defeated last year also. Avon is Pres of P.T.A & very buisy. Mrs Wm Treseder, Mrs John Culley Rose Mary Scovelle called during afternoon. Junior not well. Dr and I read until 11 P.M. still beautiful weather little if any frost so far. |
