Show LONDON, Oct, 6 The ministry of information announced today that the British steamer Glenfarg, 876 tons, had been sunk by a submarine. PARIS, Oct. 6 Havas (French) news agency published a dispatch today from Luxembourg reporting that heavy German artillery bombarded Rusdorf near Sierck. LONDON, Oct. 6 Great Britain and Turkey have initialed a mutual aid pact covering the Mediterranean sea, and the formal signature is to be effected as soon as Turkish Foreign Minister Sukru Saracoglu returns from Moscow, it was reported today in well informed quarters. TOKYO, Oct. 6 A Domei (Japanese) news agency dispatch from Hsinking today said that an anti Japanese campaign is sweeping through Outer Mongolia and more than 390 army officers have been executed by firing squads as leaders of the movement. |
