ROSS BARKER has been named as now president of the Physically Handicapped Association of Weber iBasin. She is Weber School District ‘Physically Handicapped Centers coor‘dinator, with centers at Wahlquist Junior High and Roy High Schools. She was named Weber School District Teacher of the Year for 1974-75 and received the Greater Ogden Week Achievement Award in recognition of contributions and service in the education field, She is a graduate of WSC and Utah State University. : DR. MICHAEL C. LANE has joined the staff of the Lane Chiropractic Clinic, Ogden. He- is a 1976 graduate of the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Ill. where he also received a 4 J 2 He biology. B.S. degree in human completed his residency at the Lombard a 1s Lane Dr. Clinic. Chiropractic graduate of Ogden High and attended WSC. He is the son of Dr. and Mrs. J.R. Lane. JEFFRY RICHARDS BURTON, a 1975 University of Utah College of Law graduate, has opened law offices at the Mecham and Richards Building, Ogden. He is an Ogden native and will maintain a general law practice. He earned a B.S., degree in 1971 from WSC before receiving his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Utah. Mr. Burton is the son of former Ogden residents, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth M. Burton and his wife is the former Linda Jane Grow. He has worked in law offices in Salt Anchorage, Alaska. Lake City and DR. JOHN E. LOWE has completed graduate training at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine, Rochester, Minn. He attended WSC and received his medical degree from Northwestern University. He is the son of Dr. and Mrs. George H. Lowe, Ogden. DR. H. MURRAY CARVER has been installed as president of the Utah Optometric Association. A native of Ogden, Dr. Carver is a graduate of Weber High School, WSC and attended the University of Utah before receiving his doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry in Los Angeles in 1952. He has been a director of the state association since 1974 and has held every other office in the association. has been WILLIAM 0. SHERMAN promoted to associate professor of the Central at t Psychology Departmen New College, State Connecticut Britain, Conn. He resides at Bristol, Conn. and is a WSC graduate where he received a B.S. degree. DENNIS D. BUTLER was appointed pharmaceutical sales representative for McNeil Laboratories, Inc., Kansas City, Kansas. A graduate of WSC, Mr. Butler is a native of Ogden and presently resides in Overland Park, Kansas.
