Show Page 8 ORVIL CHARLES ENGLAND, 67, Salt Lake City, died Feb. 23 at St. Mark’s Hospital. Prior to his retirement he had been deputy superintendent of schools for Granite School District. He was a graduate of Smithsonian Business College, Weber College and the University of Utah. He received his doctorate degree from Stanford University. He served as an assistant in the history department at the University of Utah, Dean of Men, Cyprus High School, Principal Olympus Junior High School and director of secondary Fowers, three sons and one daughter and three stepsons. JANETTE W. HALE, 63, Afton, Wyoming, at died Friday, Feb. 25, her home of a heart attack. She was born and raised in Ogden and attended Weber State College and graduated from Utah State University. She taught school in Weber County and Star Valley, Wyo. husband, Wilford Hale died in 1976. Her Sur- vivors include three daughters. DEE W. WAYMENT, 58, Uintah, died Feb. 28 of a heart attack. He had been a self-employed certified public accountant and had served in the Navy in World War II. He had lived in Provo and Ogden and graduated from Weber High School.
