Show Monday, March 5, 1934. Have had phone calls on CWA RS home calls. Dr brought Mrs. Nelson a patient whom he operated for tumor down to stay until able to go home. She is a sister of Carrie Rich who died here a few months ago. A very good woman am glad to do all I can for her. At one PM I had lunch at Ben Loman hotel with Aux to Medical Group a book review was given by Joan Emmett. 1000000 guinnie pigs. Afterwards went to Community Relief did some shopping and house to prepare dinner. Tuesday, March 6, 1934. Mrs. Nelson rested well last night. Have spent today at home on her account. Have had many telephone calls from wemon out of work who are anxious to get CWA jobs at present we have only 51 employed. |
