Show Tuesday, October 23, 1934. Have spent all day at home. Did some writing. Dr went to mutual this evening is teaching the Adult class. Sub. History of the Prophet Joseph Smith. Wednesday, October 24, 1934. Have spent most of the day preparing a dinner for Relief Society Board in Compliment to two board members who have resigned Mrs. Lucile Myers who has been chairman of Work & Buisness for six or seven years also Mrs. Maud Madsen Organist for six yr. Both very fine wemen feel badly to have them resign. Dinner was served to nine two members absent Rosella Larkin out of town Delora Hurst sick. All had a nice evening gift were presented to our guests. Those present were Martha B Cooley, Rose Nielson my counselors Dora P Holther Sec Doretta Gundsay Valborgh Wheelright, Ally Y Pond. Katherine Cooley came to tell fortunes. Dr went to see The Barretts of Wimple St. Liked it. |
