Show Monday, April 16, 1934. Dr and Mrs. Bickell enjoyed trout breakfast with us and later lunch and then took the Buss for Denver, having been our guests for four days. We enjoyed having them. This afternoon I went to D of U P Board meeting. Came home and did up my work for the day as I had no time before. This evening I took Elizabeth Thomas to a lecture by Neff of U of U. Did some reading the first for a few days & retired. Tuesday, April 17, 1934. I have had a buisy day. At home this AM at two PM attended RS in 12 Ward. Miss Maud Mae Babcock of U of U gave The Princess from Lennyson all RS Ward members of Mt. Ogden Stake we present about 250 people. Very good refreshments were served to ward presidents and councilers & Stake Board members. At 5 PM I went to a tea at Mrs. Harness assisted by Mrs Weeks. |
