Show April 9 Dr was 66 yr old & we had been married 40 years. Have 20 grandchildren. 19 living Richard Dr Thairs boy was operated for apendicits. Dr Thair C Rich was commissioned as a First Luit in Medical Corps of USA Army July 1 1934. Stationed at March Field Cal. Dr Thair C Rich recd radio call from US to go to Penn for study via of Panama canal and US transport leaving San Francisco Nov 24. Nov 9 Dr, Cleone, Myrene and I went to San Francisco to see Thair off on the boat Chateau Fherry via of Panama for Penn. Cloteel, Ruth & Richard also went. The past year of 1933 & 1934 I have given 300 hrs of my time in service to the Community Welfare also served as a member of the council of the Community Chest its first year. Have served my 12 year as Relief Society Stake President of Mount Ogden Stake. Served as member of Daughters of Utah Pioneers board now 20 yr. |
