Show Monday, September 3, 1934. Did some laundry this AM. Myrene called and I went with her to see a home the have leased for two years on 24 & Capitol Ave. It is real nice some improvement over the one on Eccles more room & More modren. She will buy furniture as they have rented furnished before. This evening Royal and Cleone invited Dr and I to see the picture Treasure Island. Dr dosent feel well. I wrote to Lucile my sister. Tuesday, September 4, 1934. Had a letter from Mary Wrote to Oertel. Dr dosent feel very well. Dr WH Petty his wife Annie and two sons Donald and Charles were our guests for dinner tonight. Served Baked Pork chops dredged in brown sugar & flour with shipped cream & horseradish dressing. Candied sweet potatoes. Tomato & cottage cheese salad. Fresh grape and peach jellow with cream & Lady fingers. Annie is one of my dearest friends she and I worked on Weber Stake RS board many years & then she was my counselor for six yr. on Mt. Ogden Stake RS board. We have visited all afternoon. Dr & Junior operating or buisy tonight. |
