Show Wednesday, September 5, 1934. Have spetn most of this AM calling friends of Mrs. Pettys to a party here at my honor this afternoon. Those who came were Emma Shreeve, Christine Collins, Margret Wright, Olive Christensen, Jenny Campbell, Valborg Wheelwright, Dora Holther, Mary J Wilson. Served refreshments and we had a very enjoyable time hadent all been togather in six years. Annie has lived in Los Angeles or Hollywood for six yr. Thursday, September 6, 1934. Telephone mos of the AM on RS buisness. Planned with Pres Dora P Holther (of DUP) regarding open meeting of DU Pioneers. After lunch I put up 12 pints of Peach, apple & orange preserve. Dr out to a medical meetign this evening. I recommended a maternity case from Uintah RS to Dee Hospital for care. |
