Show Wednesday, March 7, 1934. Went to Community Welfare this AM at nine oclock and have worked there all day am very tired tonight as I went up & down stairs so much. See little difference in the relief line. Mrs. Will Williams assisted today her first experience she will take my place as hostess from now on until May first when we hope to close. Did not go to RS Board m. Mrs. Nelson improving fast. Thursday, March 8, 1934. Have had a busiy day. At 2 PM went with Cleone to Drama Club. Prog given by Salt Lake Lit Club at Ben Loman. Many phone calls which all take time. This evening at seven had a meeting with Community Chest Group. This afternoon met Doretha Nisewander Chairman of State CWA for wemen. Mrs. Catherine Wright with me. |
