Show RESERVATIONS AND FEES 1. Reservations. You may schedule a park for a reservation to ensure that a park is available for your permitted activity. a. Your reservation reserves the entire park, except the Municipal Gardens is not included at the City Hall Park Bowery. You are allowed to respectfully request persons at the park not involved with your activity to leave the park during your reservation. b. Reservations are made on a first-come first-serve basis. c. Reservations accepted during current calendar year between March and October. d. The park is closed to reservations from November through to February, unless the activity involves a City sponsored event or a special reservation. e. Any person seeking a reservation for a City operated park must read and consent to the Park Policy and Reservation Agreement. f. The facilities are electronically opened and closed during the hours that you request. You are required to remain at the facility during the hours that you requested the facility to be opened. Upon leaving you are required to make sure all lights are off and door are secured. 2. Reservation Required. Certain activities require a reservation scheduled in advance with the City. Activities requiring a reservation includes, but is not limited to: a. Mass gatherings over 75 people. b. Family parties. c. Private events. d. Organized activities, including organized sports. 3. Special Reservations. Some activities that are not normally permitted can be allowed by a special reservation. Activities that require special reservations include, but are not limited to: a. Theatrical or musical entertainment. b. Fair or farmer/flea market. c. Overnight camping. d. Open fires or fireworks. Park Policy and Agreement Page 2 of 5 34 |
