Reservation Blocks. Any person may reserve a park for an AM Block, PM Block, or both. Each Block is 6V2 hours. a. The AM Block is from 8:00 AM until 2:30 PM. b. The PM Block is from 3:30 PM until 10:00 PM. Fees. Reservation fees are charged to reserve the park for personal events, family gatherings, socials, or private meetings. Reservation Payment. Your reservation fee is to be paid by cash or check. Your fee is to be paid at the time of reservation or prior to your reservation date. 7. Cancellation and Refunds. You may cancel your reservation for a full-refund at any time by giving the City notice at least one (1) "business day" in advance of your reservation date. A "business day" is Monday - Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The refund will be sent to the address indicated on this Agreement. If you do not indicate an address on this Agreement, your refund will be held for 90 days until you provide further instruction. If you do not claim your refund within 90 days of the date your reservation was scheduled, your refund is forfeit to the City. PARK CLEANING 1. Expectation. You are expected to leave the park as clean or cleaner than its condition when you arrived at the park. 2. No Guarantee. Although the park is cleaned periodically by the City, you reserve the park "AS IS" in its condition at the time of your arrival at the park for your reservation. The City makes no guarantee on the condition or cleanliness of the park and park facility at the time of your reservation. 3. Damages. You agree to be liable for property damage of park facilities caused by you or persons at your activity in the amount of the cleaning, repairs, or replacement. Park Policy and Agreement Page 3 of 5 35
