ONE OF THE ADVANTAGES OF BEING "OVER THE HILL" - AND THERE ARE NOT VERY MANY - IS THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE BEEN ON BOTH SIDES OF THE MOUNTAIN. WHEN YOU LOOK BACK FROM THE SUMMIT, YOU CAN SEE THAT THERE WERE EASIER WAYS UP. I SUSPECT THAT I HAVE ALREADY TRAVELED THE PATH MANY OF YOU ARE FOLLOWING, AND IT IS IN THAT SPIRIT THAT I PASS ON TODAY RECOLLECTIONS OF WHERE THE ROAD IS ROCKYAND WHAT CAN BE DONE TO MAKE EASIER THE ASCENT UP THE MOUNTAIN OF CORPORATE GROWTH. AT THE OUTSET LET ME PRESENT THE CREDENTIALS THAT MAY QUALIFY ME IN SOME MEASURE TO TALK ABOUT CORPORATE GROWTH.
