AS STATE CHAIRMAN OF THE BAY BRIDGE 50TH BIRTHDAY COMMITTEE WE HAVE HIM TO THANK FOR THE STATE FLAGS NOW ON THE EASTERN APPROACH, THE CANDLES ON THE ANCHORAGE AND THE LIGHTS NOW STRUNG ON THE CABLES. HERE'S HOPING THOSE BEAUTIFUL LIGHTS ARE PERMANENT FIXTURES. LET'S WELCOME MIKE FOLEY.
