BUT YOU ARE NOT SECURITY ANALYSTS BUT A MORE ENLIGHTENED BREED WHO CAN UNDERSTAND THAT THOSE WHO WOULD PROSPER MUST TAKE RISKS AND THOSE WHO RUN RISKS BY DEFINITION WILL SOMETIMES MAKE ERRORS. ONE OF THE VERY FIRST STEPS IN ACHIEVING SUPERIOR CORPORATE GROWTH IS TO DEVELOP THE PROPER TOLERANCE FOR THOSE WHO MAKE MISTAKES. LET THOSE WHO WANT A RISKLESS ADVENTURE SAIL WITH ANOTHER CAPTAIN AND ANOTHER CREW. IF YOU ARE AT THE HELM, SURROUND YOURSELF WITH THOSE WHO ARE WILLING TO TAKE THE WELL CALCULATED RISK. IF YOU ARE STILL NOT IN COMMAND, DON'T PICK A SKIPPER WHO INSISTS ON SAILING IN ONLY WELL CHARTED WATERS ON SAFE SEAS UNLESS YOU PREFER FERRY BOATS TO SQUARE RIGGERS.
