ALONG WITH THE WILLINGNESS TO BE AT RISK, UTAH'S SUCCESS CAME ABOUT IN LARGE MEASURE BECAUSE WE WERE IN THE RIGHT THING AT THE RIGHT TIME, HERE OUR RECORD STANDING ALONE IS IMPRESSIVE, IT WAS A COMBINATION OF FORESIGHT, INSPIRATION, AND LUCK, DON'T BE ASHAMED OF LUCK AS A COMPANION, SO LONG AS YOU KNOW HER FOR WHAT SHE IS. UTAH HAS DISPLAYED OVER THE YEARS THE ABILITY TO RECOGNIZE OPPORTUNITY AND TO GET IN ITS WAY. THE IRON ORE DEPOSITS NEAR CEDAR CITY, UTAH WERE KNOWN IN BRIGHAM YOUNG'S TIME BUT IT TOOK THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE COLUMBIA GENEVA PLANT AT PROVO DURING WORLD |
