The Weber County Chapter of the Red Cross began in December 1915 when a small group of individuals gathered to begin organizing a chapter of the Red Cross. In 1962, the name was changed to the Bonneville chapter, and in 1969, the chapter merged with other chapters in Northern Utah to become the Northern Utah Chapter, with its headquarters located in Ogden, Utah. The scrapbooks range from 1940 to 2003 and highlight some of the important work of the Red Cross. The books include photographs, newspaper clippings, and other materials. |

Show THE AMERICAN NATIONAL RED CROSS PACIFIC AREA 1S50 SUTTER STREET SAN FRANCISCO 1, CALIFORNIA January 22, 1952 TO: Chapter Chairmen FROM: Regional Director SUBJECT: .1952 Campaign Guide - ARC 1103 -C As you are no doubt well aware, thorough planning and organization for the 1952 campaign are of utmost importance. One of the "best aids for your Chapter and Fund Chairmen is the Campaign Guide, a copy of "which we are attaching for your personal attention. If you have already appointed a 1952 Fund Chairman he will have received a Campaign Guide in the Fund Chairman's Manual which was sent to him earlier. If you have not yet appointed a Fund Chairman, we urge you to do so without delay so that your chapter's fund organization may "be completed in time to launch the campaign properly on March 1. Additional copies of this Guide are available upon request. Attachment Regional Director |
