5. Arjay has done a great job wherever he was. If he can't do it well, he won't do it at all. When he first came here, I thought he might enjoy being a member of the Burlingame Country Club. He accepted an invitation to play golf with Jeannik and me, although he explained that his golf was a little rusty. The rust showed through and his reaction was drastic. He's never played golf since. He was the ideal outside director who quickly focused on the key issue, asked all the right questions in a challenging tone, and then gave enthusiastic approval once he was convinced that the reasoning was right and the homework carefully done. He justified his asking so many questions in this manner and I quote: "Because otherwise management has too many unused answers."
