This project was started and then ceased, resulting in an overgrowth of weeds and unkempt property. He feels the Council should be stricter and require the project be kept neat and clean even if it is not completed. Mr. Slater said that water is backing up again on Mill Creek from beaver or other obstructions. He suggested that grates be placed on the pipes to prevent debris from washing into the culverts. He also expressed concern about the amount of dirt on his street from the Buttars project and would like to see them keep the dust watered down.
