Show Here's the exact recipe Carnival Cruise uses to make this delicious dessert - Recipe; Warm Chocolate Melting Cake INGREDIENTS 6oz. Dark chocolate (can use semi-sweet chocolate chips) 6oz. Butter 4 Eggs 3 tablespoons Sugar 4 tablespoons Flour 1 METHOD — Melt the chocolate and butter — Mix the eggs and sugar and whisk for a few minutes, then add flour — Add the egg mix to the melted chocolate and mix — Pour the mix in 4 greased mold— 8 ounce ramekins — Bake directly in the oven at 390F for 14 minutes CHEF'S TIP Make sure the eggs are at room temperature and chocolate is warm enough while making the mixture.
