Show Marriott-Slaterville City History December 2105 Marriott-Slaterville Monthly History December 2015 December was bitterly cold. The week of Christmas we were inundated with heavy, wet snowstorms which were very welcome. However, weather officials cautioned that last January, a high-pressure system settled over the region and didn't budge, blocking any further substantial snow for the rest of the winter.
