Slow Cooker White Chili (source: www.womansday.com) 1 package leek soup and recipe mix (we used KnorrJ 1 pound reduced-fat kielbasa or Italian sausages 2 cans (1&-0Z each) white kidney beans (rinsed) 6 ounces Swiss chard, coarsely chopped Grated parmesan, for serving Mix soup with 6 cups water in a 3 1/2-qt or larger slow-cooker. Add kielbasa and beans, cover and cook on low 7-9 hours. Remove kielbasa with tongs to cutting board; cut into diagonal pieces. Stir kielbasa slices and Swiss chard into slow cooker. Cover and cook 10 minutes just until chard is wilted. Serve with grated Parmesan, if desired.
