Show He ran thousands of head of sheep and cattle on the rangelands of Morgan County, and trailed them to desert areas for Winter feed¬ing. He loved the livestock bus¬iness and the property of Mount¬ain Green furnished a beautiful t place for recreation, camping and horse-back riding for the family during the sunnier months. The three sisters often practiced their violins under the pine trees, and sometimes rode their ponies to the Robinson home across the River where they got fresh milk. Robinson's store, 'Traveler's Rest', near Gateway, was at one time a convenient place to stop for supplies and treats. The hazardous Devil's Gate road, where the River makes an exciting turn almost full circle and where the road followed the cascading River, has, through modern technology, been eliminated from today's super-highway. The rock formations still remain on the Mountain below Devil's Gate, visible to those driving westward.
