Show He was a Veteran of World War I and was stationed at Fort Lewis, Washington. The War ended before he was called to go overseas. Edith did her share by working at the Utah General Depot during World War II. George was active in the Washington Terrace First LDS Ward, serving in the Sunday School Superintendency and Secretary of the Elder's Quorum. George died 17 May 1982. Edith died 2 June 1982. Both are buried in the Washington Heights Cemetery in Ogden. —George Wayne Mildon, Ogden Frank Worsley, Ranch Foreman 1900 For more than four years, Frank Worsley operated the farm for Hyrum Stuart in Mountain Green where he made many friends and was well liked by the ranch hands. His job was to see that the hay and grain crops were Irrigated and harvested, then fed to the cattle during the long winter months. He also loved to dance. Frank Worsley was born, 20 September 1900, in Centerville, a son of William W. and Mary Ann Rigby Worsley. He attended Davis County schools and met his future wife, Naomi Fuller, at a dance in Coalville, Summit Co¬unty. The couple was married in June of 1927 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Before his marriage he had lived at the ranch with three other young men, Steve Stuart, George and Hyrum Manning. Frank was a good cook, being taught by his mother. She turned the cooking over to him on many an occasion and he even cooked at times for banquets. For a time he worked for the railroad and also at the Lagoon Amusement Park. He had also worked in Arizona where he learned to cut meat. This vocation he followed most of his life. Naomi Fuller Worsley died in 1974.
