** All our streets were lined with garbage. ** What was the true net profit after all the expenses & clean up cost were paid? We were told by commissioner Williford it was $19,000.00. or about $ 1.00 per person. SUGGESTIONS ** That all activities be thoroughly reviewed to determine if it will be a wholesome experience of which we can all be proud of. ** That nothing will be scheduled that won't be able to accommodate all parking within the fairground complex. ** A maximum capacity should be determined, and no events should exceed the maximum capacity ** County should establish a Noise ordnance and abide by it. ** No parking will be allowed on any roads around the complex. ** Additional entrances and traffic patterns be established into policies, so that traffic will be able to flow unrestricted off 1200W & 400N into the fairground complex and parked without backing. ** Additional entrance be made from the east end of fairgrounds. ( via 2nd st.) ** Invite traffic to use 12th street and 2700 north freeway exists as well as 400N. ** One solution which would help both the lighting and noise problem is planting trees around the perimeter of the fairgrounds. We have been promised these trees would be planted since the inception of the fairgrounds. Other suggestions?
