This letter is to inform you that I was also appointed to this committee by the sponsors of the incorporation. Since our committee has only 60 days to hire a feasibility consultant, and now that the time has elapsed, I would propose that we schedule a meeting of our committee on Thursday, October 23, 1997, at 7:00 p.m., in the Weber County Commission Chambers to discuss and/or possibly take action towards engaging a feasibility consultant. I have received from Gavin Anderson, deputy Salt Lake City Attorney, a list of the most qualified consulting firms. Once we have agreed on a date, I will take the liberty to notify these firms, and any other firms identified, and invite them to come to our meeting with a presentation and a bid for the feasibility study.
