Selection of Chair. Motion by Bill Morris to elect Martin Moore as chair. Second by Bob Linnell. Vote called with all committee members voting aye. 2. Selection of Staff Representative. All agreed to have county commissioner. 3. Appointment of someone to take minutes. Martin Moore recommended to have Bill Morris take minutes. 4. Review of the proposed Request for Proposals (RFP). The following dates were set: November 14, 1997 deadline for RFP submittal. November 17, 1997, next meeting of Selection Committee to select an RFP. January 15, 1998, deadline for completion of feasibility study. Evaluation Criteria set by Selection Committee is as follows: 1. 30% cost 3. 10% Experience 2. 10% completeness 4. 50% Methodology 5.
