MEMORANDUM DATE: July 7, 1998 To: Election Committee Members Re: Registered Voter Lists to Contact Please find attached a list of registered voters in order of street address. Also attached is a map of the community divided into areas, one of which is assigned to you. Please see that the registered voters on your list in your areas are personally contacted by you to seek their support and get them out to vote "yes" in the upcoming incorporation election. These contacts need to be done by the deadlines on the Election Plan which is also attached. You may choose to do any of the following methods of contact: (1) personal visits to each voters home, (2) host a cottage meeting in your area for voters, (3)personally call voters on the phone, or (4) chose your own method of contact that is best for you and your area. Keep track of those who support and will vote "yes" and also those who are undecided or may vote "no", this will help all of us get a good feel regarding what the election, and needs to be done. Remember, you can use all the help you need of friends and neighbors in contacting voters in your area. If you need any assistance from the sponsors, Bill or Duncan, they would welcome your call.
