13 Madson was President and Moroni Marriott and George H. Butler were counselors with Bernard Parry as secretary. The Mutual was reorganized again in 1835 with George IT. Butler as President, George Burton and Timothy Terry as counselors, James Halverson and Richard Butler as secretaries and Oscar Madson as treasurer. In 1887 it was again reorganized with William Morris as President, Rodolph Parry and Brigham Cutler as counselors, William Hyrum Mariott and Oscar Madson as secretaries and John R. Morris as Treasurer. In 1889 George Butler was President, Moroni Marriott and Timothy Terry as counselors, Helon Tracy, Jr. and Thomas Ritchie as secretaries. In 1892 (Sept. 25) Moroni Marriott was sustained as President with Richard Butler and Thomas Ritchie counselors and George Ritchie and Thomas Powell as secretaries. In 1896 - Oct 25. Henry N.
