Marriott-Slaterville Proposed Incorporation Selection Committee Minutes Weber Center 2380 Washington Boulevard Ogden, Utah 84401 November 19, 1997 Present: Committee Members: Bob Linnell, Martin Moore, Bill Morris (Marriott-Slaterville), Steve Davis (Reese-Warren) 1. Discussion regarding concern with Bonneville Research proposal with its higher cost, and faulty methodology because the cited the old incorporation statute in the Utah Code. Bob Linnell indicated they both are professional consultants, but Wikstrom Consulting offered a better bid. 2. Discussion regarding the rating criteria. 3. Motion by Bob Linnell to select Wikstrom Consulting for the feasibility consultant for proposed Marriott-Slaterville City. Second by Bill Morris. All voting members voted unanimous to select Wikstrom Consultants. 4. Motion by Bob Linnell to select Wikstrom Consulting for the feasibility consultant for proposed Reese-Warren City. Second by Steve Davis. All voting members voted unanimous to select Wikstrom Consultants. 5. Motion by Bill Morris and by Steve Davis for their respective proposed incorporations to allow Wikstrom Consultants until January 31, 1998, to complete the feasibility study. Second by Martin Moore. All vote in favor. Deadline is extended. 6. Martin Moore will prepare notice to County the committee has made their selection of the feasibility consultant.
