Show RESOLUTION OF THE WEBER COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION CONCERNING AN AMENDMENT TO THE COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN WHEREAS, the County Planning Commission is charged by law with the development of a County Master Plan of land use including streets and highways and of its amendment from time to time to meet changing conditions, and WHEREAS, the County has previously adopted a Master Plan in July 1969 and amended this plan in 1979 with the "Western Agricultural Master Plan", and WHEREAS, a portion of the plans is concerned with the physical development of the Slaterville-Marriott area, and WHEREAS, The Weber County Planning Commission believes the Slaterville-Marriott area has experienced changing conditions. NOW THEREFORE, the Weber County Planning Commission, after studying the present and future land use, transportation and other needs, hereby ADOPTS by this RESOLUTION, an updated Master Plan for the Slaterville-Marriott area of Weber County which replaces the previous two adopted Master Plans for this area and which now becomes a part of the adopted Master Plan (as amended from time to time) for Unincorporated Weber County.
