Show is particularly so in the mining industry where the colleges of the country are turning out a pitifully small number of trained mining graduates at a time when the demand for these people is rising sharply all over the world. Superior performance depends on superior people and approval of the use of shares for employee plans will assist the company in retaining and attracting the kind of people we need to advance the interests of the shareholders.
