I persuaded him otherwise and he joined Utah as Treasurer in November 1957, later being designated Vice President, and then Financial Vice President, and has occupied those critically important offices for the past 13 years. Wise, extremely knowledgable, hard-working beyond belief, Dyk has skillfully arranged the financing necessary to fuel our expansion. He has earned the respect and admiration of those outside the company as well as those within. The workload that he has carried, always with the knowledge that his health was hazardous, testifies to his dedication to the company.
