Show 15. REDUCE THE RISKS OF BOARD SERVICE. HERE A NUMBER OF CHANGES HAVE BEEN INITIATED. SOME STATES HAVE AMPLIFIED THE LEGAL RIGHT OF A CORPORATION TO INDEMNIFY ITS BOARD MEMBERS IN THE EVENT OF FINANCIAL LOSS GROWING OUT OF BOARD SERVICE IN THE ABSENCE OF WRONGDOING ON THE PART OF THE INDIVIDUAL DIRECTOR. MANY COR-PORATIONS HAVE FORMALLY PROVIDED FOR SUCH INDEMNIFICATION AND HAVE SUPPLEMENTED THIS WITH DIRECTORS' AND OFFICERS' LIABILITY INSURANCE.
