15 - coal gasification complex being pursued by Pacific Lighting and Texas Eastern Transmission who are working on a program to develop up to four gasification plants, each capable of producing 250 million cubic feet per day of synthetic natural gas. The size of the coal demand boggles the mind for each gasification plant could require 9.6 million tons of Utah's coal annually. Given the certain shortage of natural gas, it is hard to understand why it takes so long to obtain the necessary approval for the plan to proceed. The schedule has slipped almost two years over that originally hoped for. Capital costs have escalated but so have the costs of alternative supplies. The project remains meritorious and appears much less controversial than most schemes where efforts to increase power production draw opposition from certain quarters that would prefer to stop growth altogether. Utah is also a 25% participant in The Utility Group, which also includes 13 utility companies and which is negotiating with Kennecott Copper for the purchase of Peabody Coal, the largest coal producer in the United States. Finally, Utah faces the prospect of a heavy cash flow that can quickly consume its debt and which can and should be put to good advantage. This is a new problem for us for always in my time in Utah we have had more ideas than we could finance out of retained earnings. It opens up the possibilities of further diversification and hopefully we will take full advantage of the opportunities. Utah continues optimistic about its future. Thank you.
