THIS KEPT COMMUNICATIONS AT A MINIMUM AND, SINCE I NEVER DISAGREED WITH DAVE'S DECISION, I NEVER FOUND REASON TO CHALLENGE IT. I JOINED THE SRI BOARD WHEN DIVORCE PROCEEDINGS WITH THE UNIVERSITY WERE UNDER WAY AND I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF YOUR BOARD LONG ENOUGH - TEN YEARS, IN FACT, NEXT MONTH - TO COME TO UNDERSTAND AND APPRECIATE THE IMMENSE CONTRIBUTION SRI HAS MADE ... TO THE WORLD IN WHICH WE LIVE... SINCE SRI FOUNDING. I NEVER CEASE TO MARVEL AT THE FLEXIBILITY AND ADAPTABILITY OF THIS ORGANIZATION. AS THE PROBLEMS OF OUR SOCIETY HAVE CHANGED, AND BECOME MUCH MORE COMPLEX, SRI HAS STOOD ITS GROUND DURING THREE TURBULENT DECADES AND BECOME EVEN MORE |
